Field / Telephone Interviewer

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct fieldwork (PAPI/CATI/CAPI/CAWI)

Recruit additional interviewers if need be to ensure completion of projects.

Responsible for ensuring that target quotas and data requirements are met.

Responsible for data transmission and ensuring security of the data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferably fresh graduates or age 20-29 years old.

Comfortable in conducting face-to-face and phone interviews.

Strong familiarity with Excel.

Has an aptitude to learn new tools in conducting field work.

Hardworking and reliable.

Strong adherence to deadlines.

Ability to manage/supervise a team.

Quick thinker.

Problem solver.

Has an open mind.
