Administrative and Accounting Officer

Job Description:

I-Metrics Asia-Pacific Corporation is in need of one (1) full-time Administrative and Accounting Officer to manage and administrate the office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling payroll and ensuring on-time submission of employees’ salaries and benefits for accountant review
  • Responsible for going to various government offices (SEC, BIR, SSS, GSIS) to fulfill government requirements
  • Responsible for payment collection from clientele and payment to suppliers/contractors
  • Responsible for determining, recording and handling of petty cash and on-time liquidation of expenses
  • Responsible for strategic purchasing of office supplies and equipment and ensuring that the office has what it needs to fulfill client obligations
  • Responsible for strategizing and sourcing of corporate gifts and coordinating with suppliers to optimize company budget
  • Responsible for drafting and implementing office policies which would cover appropriate office behavior, employees’ application process, liquidation and reimbursement of expenses, payment procedures with suppliers and clientele,  and  other administrative tasks all of which are subject for review by the management
  • Responsible for arranging, storing and safekeeping company files and data
  • Responsible for drafting job description, posting on job boards and recruiting office personnel as need be by the company
  • Responsible for the delivery and retrieval of documents and materials to/from clientele or suppliers as need be
  • Responsible for ensuring office space is clean, presentable and workable to internal and external clients

Field / Telephone Interviewer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fieldwork (PAPI/CATI/CAPI/CAWI)
  • Recruit additional interviewers if need be to ensure completion of projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring that target quotas and data requirements are met.
  • Responsible for data transmission and ensuring security of the data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferably fresh graduates or age 20-29 years old.
  • Comfortable in conducting face-to-face and phone interviews.
  • Strong familiarity with Excel.
  • Has an aptitude to learn new tools in conducting field work.

Qualitative Moderator (For In-Depth Interviews); Part-time; Contractual (Urgent hiring)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with executives and/or top end respondents
  • Coordinate with the study's project manager
  • Submit audio transcripts immediately after interview

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in conducting in-depth interviews with executives and/or top end respondents (including doctors)
  • Must be competent in doing intensive probing and generating useful insights relevant to the study
  • Must be comfortable talking to executives and/or top end respondents
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be willing to adhere to deadlines set by project manager

Marketing Assistant (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:

As Marketing Assistant:

  • We need someone whose career interest is in marketing and developing markets for the company's existing products and publications.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and follow through a marketing plan that will market the company’s product/s and services
  • Develop corporate sponsors/subscribers for the company's continuing studies
  • Market and manage the company's events/seminars/webinars
  • Create marketing and marketing materials for media exposure
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and dialogue with social media stakeholders

Research Assistant (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:

As Research Assistant-Trainee, you will be given the chance to gain experience in three major areas – business development, project management, research/data and statistical analysis, and account management. Specific responsibilities and activities are as follows:

  • Business development and account management including defining research requirements of the client, writing proposals according to research specifications, designing the methodology, pricing, presenting proposals, and presenting results of the study.
  • Implementation of the Purchasing Manager's Index (PMI) Philippines, a monthly survey of 700 purchasing managers, PMI ASEAN (a monthly survey of 1,000 purchasing managers based in five ASEAN countries), and E-Commerce Index.

IT Specialist

We need someone with programming and IT development skills and can assist the company in developing and maintaining its URL and online shopping, online surveys, and data management requirements. Also, we need someone who is familiar with HTML/CSS, FTP, Javascript, PHP, C++

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide innovative designs that can be used in the company website, newsletter and other promotional/marketing materials as needed by the company.
  • Programming research-related activities (this includes building a more efficient online questionnaire and a more systematic database).
